WELLINGTON TRAINING CLUB
One of Wellington’s newest premier Horse Communities nestled south of Palm Beach in the winter equestrian
capital of the world.
It provides owners all the advantages of a large training complex coupled with the benefit of owning a smaller
estate. A limited number of farms ranging from 2 ½ to 10 acres or more are available now with no more than 92
total estate lots at completion.
This Horse Community will feature a 78,000-square foot covered arena to be built of laminated wood with a
standing-seam metal roof, and a 39,000 square-foot clubhouse as part of the 66 acres of equestrian-focused
amenities. Nine miles of bridle fairways, wide enough to work a horse on the flat, will be woven through the 92
farms in Wellington Training Club. Additional features include two large grassed multi-purpose fields, four
all-weather schooling rings and three 2-acre training parks.
The entire training complex should be completed by the end of 2010. The 525 acres are located south of 50th
Street between 120th and 130th avenues in Wellington’s Equestrian Preserve.
