Trails End is said to be the only Horse Community in Contra Costa County. It is located in the East Bay and is a
community of only 88 homes, all attached. It is adjacent to some of the best equestrian trails so you can ride
right off the property onto the trails.
Located in the city of Walnut Creek, California, which is 23 miles east of San
Francisco, with a population of approximately 100,000. A bedroom community that, as few as thirty years ago, was
known mainly for its network of creeks and acres of walnut groves. Over the years it has blossomed from a quiet
suburb into a bustling city. It has become a shopping and cultural hub for the communities east of San Francisco.
While there is no heavy industry in Walnut Creek, there is a vital "white collar" business community and a mild and
20 miles of equestrian trails, within the 1400 acres of the Oak Woodlands, Near Mt.
