THE TRAILS OF HORSESHOE BAY
Less than an hour Northwest of Austin lies a pure gem of a Hill Country development. The Trails of Horseshoe Bay in
Horseshoe Bay, Texas is developed on one of the most beautiful ranches in the region.
The Trails of Horseshoe Bay is a 550 acre, gated Horse Community of approximately 200 home sites surrounded by
dedicated green space and nature preserve. No home site backs up up to another and the community offers easy access
to Lake LBJ via the walking trails or the boat launch at the private marina.
Miles of private hiking and horseback riding trails strategically adjoin the home sites. Environmental planning
crafted a limited number of home sites in the Trails. Much of the Horse Community is preserved ranchland,
designated as a wildlife habitat with connecting hike, bike and horseback riding trails.
The Trails Horseshoe Bay Horse Community is designed especially for those who enjoy horses and a leisurely ride
surrounded by the beauty of the Hill Country. Here homeowners enjoy miles of riding trails for uninterrupted riding
pleasure. The Trails of Horseshoe Bay is designed on one of the most beautiful ranches in the Texas Hill Country,
affording magnificent views and lovely valleys of trees and native landscape. The great care taken to provide a
great horseback riding experience is evident from the moment you arrive at the Equestrian Center.
The Equestrian Center is the finest facility in the Hill Country. Its sits within a 30 acre pasture, adjacent to
Indian Creek. The infrastructure includes stables, round pens and a professional exercise arena. The stable has hot
and cold water wash racks and vet stock. It’s a great place to get together friends who share your love of horses
and first-class facilities.
