Sandstone is located South of Denver off of Highway 105. This Horse Community of 106
residential lots on 2000 acres of rolling hills, forests, lakes, and streams.
The properties, ranging from two and a half to 25 acres each (and any other amenity buildings), will only
take up 800 acres of the ranch, as 1,200 acres will remain preserved open space for the community to enjoy. In this
same regard, Sandstone’s land edges Pike National Forest. With 16 miles of riding trails and a state of
the art equestrian center designed by equine architect Tod Gralla.
In addition, for those residents who dabble in riding but are not serious equestrians, the Community Horse Barn
will offer access to 10 shared horses that will be available for trail riding through Sandstone. This is also a
