The Pinetop Lakes Development covers a wide area with over 1,000 lots that comprise residential, condo, rental, and
mobile home sections Members of the Association and the Board of Directors share the common goal of developing and
maintaining this Horse Community as the premier living area of the mountain, while recognizing that residential
diversity, under control, will enhance the ambience of the whole. This is a mountainous, tree studded environment
and they encourage all that build here to respect that environment and do everything to preserve the natural beauty

There is a community equestrian center with hundreds of miles of government trails to ride. Arrangements to board
and maintain horses can be made by contacting the Equestrian Center Manager. There is a separate section of
approximately 60 lots preserved for horse owners. Due to the mountainous landscape the Navajo County Board of
Adjustment adopted Resolution 01:05B, which states there must be at least 600 square feet of corral for each horse
and corrals must have a twenty (20) foot setback from property lines.
