■Effective Habitat Conservation - at least 85% of each Ranch Land Holding will be in Conservation

As an owner at the Mundy Ranch, you’ll be part of an exclusive group. The Horse Community is offering just 42 -140
±acre ranch parcels, all with phenomenal views of the surrounding Chama River Valley
■Each parcel will have a 10-20 ± acre private building envelope with water, electricity, & a gravel
■The remaining portion of each ranch parcel will be designated a green-belt area. Total greenbelt acreage will be
close to 5000+/- acres and will be accessible to all owners and members subject to the governing HOA / Premier Club
■Parcel pricing will start at $1 million to $3 million depending on location, accessibility, views, and proximity
to the golf course and lakes.
In addition, 20 Lifetime Recreational memberships will be available at a price of $500,000. Members in addition to
the landowners will have rights to the greenbelt and amenities/facilities. A complete description of the terms and
