John Henline -
Beulah Highlands is a 570 acre, private residential/ranch community in the Sierra Mojada Mountains (Wet Mountains)
of South Central Colorado at an elevation of 6,500 ft. Only 25 miles from all of the convenience of the City of
Pueblo via Colorado State Highway 78.
This Horse Community has sixteen 35+ acre and five 1 to 2 acre mountain estates.
The Beulah Highlands Community adjoins the truly quaint Mountain Town of Beulah, Colorado with Post Office, Beulah
General Store & Gas Station, Liquor Store, Restaurant and K-8 Public School.
Tens of thousands of acres of the San Isabel National Forest border the entire western boundary of the Beulah
Highlands Community. Hike on foot or ride your horse from your property into the National Forest Lands by way of an
exclusive private Beulah Highlands Community National Forest access.
All water wells drilled produce excellent amounts of quality water. Underground electric power, telephone and cable
(including high speed DSL) are installed. There is private electronic gate access to the Community, a well
constructed driveway within each property, and the Community roads are maintained year around.
Lush grassy meadows, vibrant native Colorado forests, surreal mountain vistas, and clean cool mountain air - that
is the Beulah Highlands Mountain Community.
